Every set is handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for us to make and dispatch it. UK delivery usually takes a further 1–3 working days.

Yes! UK delivery is free on orders over £40. For orders under £40, standard tracked UK delivery is £4.99.

Yes, we ship internationally! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free delivery applies to UK orders over £40 only. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are paid by the customer.

As every set is made to order, please email us or use our contact form within 24 hours of ordering if you'd like to cancel, and we'll refund you in full. If your set is already being made, you can still return it unworn after delivery.

Yes! We love creating one-of-a-kind sets. Just fill in our custom order form with your design idea, any inspo pics, your shape, length and size, and we'll email you a personal quote within 1–2 working days.

Custom sets are hand-painted to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks. Need it by a certain date? Let us know on the form and we'll do our best to help.

Every custom design is different, so pricing depends on the detail, 3D elements and length. Once we've seen your idea, we'll send you a quote before anything is made — there's no obligation.

Our sizing guide shows you how to measure each nail in just a few minutes. Compare your measurements with our size chart to find your best fit.

Go for the larger size and gently file the sides for a perfect fit. A nail that's too small can lift, while one that's slightly big can be shaped. If your fingers fall in different sizes, choose the larger size. And if the fit isn't right, unworn sets can be remade in a different size.

With nail glue, sets typically last 1–3 weeks. Adhesive tabs are perfect for shorter wear of 1–3 days, or special occasions.

Glue gives the longest wear. Tabs are gentler, easy to remove and ideal if you have sensitive skin or want to switch looks often.

Yes! Remove them gently, clean off any leftover glue and store them safely, and your set can be worn again.

Soak your nails in warm, soapy water with a little oil for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift them with a cuticle pusher. Never force or peel them off.

Not when they're applied and removed properly. Always soak before removing and keep your nails hydrated with cuticle oil.

Changed your mind or chose the wrong size? You can return an unworn, undamaged set in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, for a refund or a remake in a different size. Just email us or use our contact form and we'll send you a return label — the label cost is deducted from your refund. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept sets that have been worn or applied. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we'll make it right for free. See our full Refund policy for details.
