Shipping & Delivery

Handmade to order
Every set is made by hand after you order. Please allow 3–5 working days for us to make and dispatch your set. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

UK delivery
- Orders under £40: standard tracked UK delivery is £4.99.
- Orders of £40 and over: free UK delivery.
Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 working days.

International delivery
We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, and delivery times vary by country, usually 5–15 working days after dispatch. Free delivery applies to UK orders only.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes or handling fees by your country when they arrive. These are set by your local authorities, aren't included in our prices or shipping costs, and are the customer's responsibility. Parcels refused because of unpaid charges can't be refunded.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Address details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at nilabaynails@gmail.com or use our Contact page straight away, and we'll try to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 working days, or your UK parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we'll look into it with the courier and help put things right. For international orders, please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us.
