1. About us
This website is operated by Nila Bay Nails ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at nilabaynails@gmail.com or through the form on our Contact page. Our full contact details are in our Contact information policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products
Our press-on nails are handmade and hand-painted to order. Small variations in colour, design and detail from the product photos are natural and not a fault. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

3. Ordering
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard tracked UK delivery is £4.99, and free on UK orders of £40 and over. International delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We use secure third-party payment providers and never store your full card details.

5. Discount codes
Discount codes can only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Sizing
Every set is made in the size you choose. Please measure your nails using our sizing guide before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose. If the fit isn't right, unworn sets can be returned or remade as set out in section 8.

7. Delivery
Delivery details, including international shipping and customs charges, are set out in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you once your order is delivered.

8. Cancellations and returns
8.1 You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund by emailing us or using our Contact page.
8.2 After delivery, you can return an unworn, undamaged set in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it, for a refund or a remake in a different size.
8.3 To return a set, email us at nilabaynails@gmail.com or use the form on our Contact page within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. We'll email you a return label. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund, or paid via a payment link we send you if you've chosen a remake.
8.4 Refunds include the price of the set and the original delivery cost you paid, up to our standard UK delivery rate of £4.99, minus the cost of the return label. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your returned set, to your original payment method.
8.5 For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of sets that have been worn, applied, or have glue or adhesive on them. We may reduce a refund if a returned set has been handled more than needed to check it, or is damaged.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your set arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll provide a free return label if we need the set back, and offer a free replacement or a full refund including all delivery costs. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Safe use
Please follow the application and removal instructions provided. Nail glue may cause irritation on sensitive skin; stop using it immediately if you experience redness, burning or discomfort, and use adhesive tabs instead. Don't use our products on broken, infected or irritated skin or nails. Keep nail glue away from eyes and out of reach of children.

11. Our liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or that results from not following the instructions provided. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property
All designs, photos, text and branding on this website belong to Nila Bay Nails and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

13. Reviews
By submitting a review, you confirm it's your genuine opinion of a product you've bought, and you allow us to display it on our website and social channels. We publish all genuine reviews, and may decline reviews that are offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of your country.
